Wrap Text problem in WebI XI 3.1

Issue: 

Wrap Text option not working on the column.

Solution: 

Make sure the "Read cell content as" option value set to "Text" or "Hyperlink". If this option has the value "HTML", then the Wrap Text option wont work.
